Nicholas Crown Enterprises LLC — Updated Purchase & Use Terms
Effective July 8, 2025

By purchasing, downloading, or submitting your contact information through this website—or any related product or service—you (“you,” “your”) agree to the following terms issued by Nicholas Crown Enterprises LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).

1. 14-Day “Prove-It” Guarantee

1.1 Covered product. The guarantee applies only to the digital product sold as “The Bulletproof Portfolio” (“Covered Product”).

1.2 What you must do.
a. Within 14 calendar days of purchase, complete the embedded ETF Checklist Worksheet in full.
b. If you do not uncover at least three (3) actionable portfolio fixes, email the completed worksheet to support@nicholascrown.com no later than 11:59 p.m. Central Time on day 14.

1.3 Our promise. After verifying timely submission and completeness, we will refund 100 % of your purchase price to the original payment method within seven (7) business days.

1.4 Exclusions.

Requests received after the 14-day window, incomplete worksheets, or worksheets edited after submission void the guarantee.

The guarantee does not apply to any product or service other than the Covered Product.

2. Digital-Product & Custom-Work Policy (All Other Items)

Except for the guarantee in Section 1, all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation:

Digital guides, tools, e-books, and templates
Printables, spreadsheets, and journal formats
Custom deliverables (e.g., Done-For-You portfolio models, glide paths, allocation analyses)

Because these items convey immediate intellectual property or bespoke work, no refunds or revisions will be issued after delivery. All materials are educational and informational—they are not individualized investment advice.

3. Marketing Consent & SMS Opt-In
By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive educational content, promotional offers, and updates via email, SMS, or voice. Reply “STOP” (SMS) or click “unsubscribe” (email) to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. Limitation of Liability
All content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Nicholas Crown Enterprises LLC is not liable for any loss or performance outcome arising from the use—or misuse—of any product or service. You remain solely responsible for all investment decisions.

5. Internal Data Use & Affiliate Sharing
We may store and analyze your information to improve your experience and may share it among entities under common ownership or control. We never sell or license your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

6. Intellectual Property Notice
All materials—including strategy models, frameworks, and downloads—are the exclusive property of Nicholas Crown Enterprises LLC. They may not be copied, distributed, or commercially reused without our express written consent.
